- Standard ticket: GBP 50.
- Sibling ticket: GBP 45, for an additional child from the same family attending the same workshop.
Places are limited to 12 children per workshop. A place is confirmed when the Ticket Tailor booking process has been completed.
Parent Registration Form
After booking, parents and carers must complete the registration form before the workshop. This collects the information needed to run the day safely, including emergency contacts, medical or allergy notes, collection details and permissions.
If the form is not completed before the workshop, we may need to contact you before confirming your child's attendance.
Cancellations And Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, refunds or transfers depend on whether the space can be filled.
If your child cannot attend, please email hello@moviemakersclub.org as soon as possible. Any payment processing fees charged by the booking platform or payment provider are handled through the checkout provider's refund process.
If We Need To Cancel Or Change A Workshop
If Movie Makers Club has to cancel a workshop, for example because of staff illness, venue problems, safety concerns or very low numbers, parents will be offered a transfer to another available date or a refund.
We will contact parents as soon as possible using the details provided at booking.
Attendance, Drop-Off And Collection
Children must be signed in by a parent or carer at drop-off. Children will only be released to an adult named on the registration form unless a parent or carer has agreed a change with us directly.
Please arrive on time for collection at 3pm. If you are delayed, contact us as soon as possible.
Medical, Allergy And Support Information
Parents and carers are responsible for providing accurate medical, allergy, SEND, access and support information before the workshop. This helps us plan appropriately and keep children safe.
Children should bring a packed lunch, water bottle and any agreed personal items they need for the day.
Behaviour And Safety
Movie Makers Club aims to provide a warm, inclusive and respectful environment. Children are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions, treat others kindly and use equipment appropriately.
If a child's behaviour creates a serious or repeated safety concern, we may contact their parent or carer during the session and agree the next step.
Photography, Films And Creative Work
Parents will be asked for permission before children's creative work, finished films, names, images or voices are shared beyond the workshop group. Permissions are collected through the registration form.
