Corporate team building with Movie Makers Club
Bring colleagues together for a creative stop-motion challenge. Small teams build a world, invent a story, animate the action and premiere a film they made together. It is lively, hands-on and full of the kind of decisions that reveal new sides of a team.
The challenge
Participants do not need animation or LEGO experience. The team gets a clear creative brief, the kit and support to make something together.
Teams hear the creative challenge, explore the kit and decide how they want to work together.
Turn a shared idea into a simple storyboard, then build characters, props and a miniature world.
Share roles, solve little production problems and bring the story to life frame by frame.
Watch the finished films together, celebrate the teams and take away a digital copy afterwards.
What teams get from it

Teams divide roles and combine different strengths toward a shared goal.
Participants adapt when a build, shot or story takes an unexpected turn.
A low-pressure way to try ideas, take creative risks and see colleagues differently.
The team finishes with a short film they can watch back after the event.
Average workshop rating from seven respondents at a recent workplace session.
Respondents said they would recommend the experience to others.
Several participants wanted longer to develop their films, which is why the half-day gives teams the fullest experience.
